Right after i picked up my car I started hearing a noise, nothing too alarming, but then one day later my car started shutting off on its own, after a few days of this happening I checked the oil level and my car was completely dry, no oil in the motor, even the service said they performed the multipoint inspection. I had to buy 5quarts of oil and then the issues went away.

have been pleased with Toyota in rogers for the past 20 years, purchasing 2 siennas. Unfortunately, the past year and a half have been a disappointment; seems that they might have sold a less than perfect new '19 sienna, then refused to accept responsibility for a few items (front fender break, failed driver's seat, seal around driver's window). Their poor customer performance, in part, is likely due to their service associate, Lake Mills, who appears to lack caring for customer concerns (e.g. unwilling to have me discuss concerns with service manager)

As a retired military member and former business owner
As a retired military member and former business owner with 40 years before hanging it up, I can confidently attest to the service at Landers. Since purchasing my 4Runner in 2019, everyone at Landers involved in the vehicle's care, from schedulers to garage greeters to service department and anyone spoken to in-between have been well beyond my expectations. Even though expected in the service industry, this is a rare thing! In my opinion Landers is a benchmark dealership! Kudos!!

Joe Zecena, the finance manager, was very friendly and professional also. Since I paid cash for my used vehicle, the process was fast and easy. My salesman was a great guy who was polite and patient but, seemed overly busy. As for your dealership's policies. Trying to charge customers a $140 "key and wash" fee is a very cheesy tactic. The 2019 truck I purchased from Landers only had one key and no fob. I was shocked that Lander's service department at the dealership couldn't provide me with a extra key and fob. Also, The oil filter was loose on the pick up that I purchased. I tightened it myself. I got a very good truck at a very fair price. I was very happy with the purchase itself but, its those little shortcomings that can be aggravating.

Eric was awesome and helped out so much with my first experience buying a car. He made sure to take his time and explain everything to me so I understood. He also showed that he had my best interest by not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge which I appreciated very much. He worked with me to make sure I could get into the car I love without breaking the bank! When it came to the finance portion of it, I was with Joseph and overall he was very friendly. Unfortunately I feel as if he did take advantage of my lack of knowledge. When signing everything he moved very quick and made it seem like Gap coverage wasn’t an option. Along with that addition, I was unaware I was getting extended warranty on my vehicle, I was under the impression the original warranty had some months left on it. When my co-signer went in to sign he informed me I had over $4000 in extras added onto my total and I could have said no to them. I wish Joseph would have informed me those things are optional but helpful to have so I could have considered and talked to my parents about it before I signed. My monthly payment is way more than I originally thought it would be, but I also can’t be too upset because I failed to object and ask questions. Overall I am very pleased with Eric and everything he did for me, and I am now very happy in my new Kia K5 :)

Sales experience was okay. The follow up not so much. My vehicle had 2 warning lights come on before I made it home. The salesman’s response to me letting him know was “they’ll fix it”. I traded in a perfectly good car and now have to spend my one day off sitting at another dealership for my car to get fixed. I’m not thrilled.

Toyota Camry 2015 Vin 4T4BF1FK7FR449054 On April 21, 2022, I had driven a short way after leaving a parking lot in Eureka Springs, AR and the steering wheel became very loose so that the car didn't respond to it. The car then veered to the left on its own but then the steering wheel engaged and I could get back in my lane. It was ok for about 100 feet and then did it again. After researching online and seeing that the steering for the 2015 Camry has been an issue since 2015, I called Toyota Brand Engagement Center and explained my problem. They started a case file for my car: 220511000922. I also made an appointment at Landers Toyota, Rogers, Ar for noon May 17, 2022 but they could not identify a problem. On May 31, 2022, it happened again. I called TBEC again. They said they would contact you. So is this your response? I think my car is unsafe. It's a 2015 Camry le with 47,500 miles. I think Toyota should do better diagnosing this problem. So no I am not pleased with Landers Toyota even though I have had good service in the past. 6.15.2022 The issue with my car has not been resolved.
