I was pressured into buying gap insurance during a deal.One of the managers specifically said to me "you must purchase GAP insurance or no deal ! Hopefully by the end of this questionnaire I can upload the messages stating that there would be no deal. I actually feel like I was highly pressured by two employees at the dealership to buy the insurance. It was extremely uncomfortable. I do not recommend using this dealership! Horrible

Landers Toyota NWA is great. They are very upfront with the customer about what they are paying for and what their options are. There are no hidden fees that they drop on you at the last minute. They did have a warrenty and service add on that they offered at time of purchase, but unlike other dealerships they don’t put it on there and expect you to ask them to take it off.

I went in for a 150,000 mile check up on my car. I'd told them over the phone the air bag light was on and wanted that checked too. Got there, they couldnt find me because they'd put me down for an oil change at first. Finally found me, got asked if I wanted to do an alligment. Said yes, took 2 hours for the inspection, air bag light wasnt mentioned, drive out and realized a fender clip was bad, I'm not saying they caused it but they missed it. After making an appt and driving there the service intake advisor Matthew G. told my wife there wasn’t an issue and sent her home. I took the 2024 pickup back and this Al sent it to the shop and there was absolutely a big problem. How can an intake person call my wife a liar and not even fully evaluate the vehicle at time of appt. This should never happen - Landers Toyota!! Took time off work drove to dealership to be told we aren’t going to evaluate your vehicle because there isn’t a problem. Fix the advisor!

I have had nothing but the kindest and most professional service from Landers Toyota. This includes both formal service by Toyota as well as informal assistance given. A couple of weeks ago Scott Mason and Seth I think it was fixed a squirrel chewed hose that was keeping my windshield wiper fluid from working and didn’t even charge me. Today Scott kindly pumped up my tires. I have bought 8 cars from this dealership (for myself and multiple relatives) and have never had a bad experience. I can’t praise them enough!
