I went in for a 150,000 mile check up on my car.
I went in for a 150,000 mile check up on my car. I'd told them over the phone the air bag light was on and wanted that checked too. Got there, they couldnt find me because they'd put me down for an oil change at first. Finally found me, got asked if I wanted to do an alligment. Said yes, took 2 hours for the inspection, air bag light wasnt mentioned, drive out and realized a fender clip was bad, I'm not saying they caused it but they missed it. They could only do cambor on the alignment, so all in all I paid $350 for them to tell me my windshield wiper was bent and do 25 % of an alligment while missing my fender falling off and a safety light. It gets two stars because the popcorn was good.

We recently moved to Bentonville and purchased a certified Toyota from a dealer in another state. Less than a month later, the vehicle was having trouble starting, so we contacted the original dealer and they said since it was certified, we could take it to the local Toyota dealer. We scheduled an appointment and brought it in. Chris was the service advisor who helped us. When we informed him of what was going on, he opened the hood to see if the battery was original, which it was, and said that it needed to be replaced and wanted to charge us $400 for a new battery. He didn't bring it in the back to diagnose if that was the problem. We had informed him that it was certified and if he needed to take it back to confirm the issue. He said no. We reached out to the original dealer and they said they would help us out. When we told Chris this, he said that if we would have bought it from Landers, he would have helped us too. We contacted the original dealer and they said that it was certified and the battery is covered under warranty nationwide to be replaced for free. They were incredibly apologetic of the experience we had at Landers Toyota and said, bring it here TODAY and we will make it right. They want to perform a diagnostic check before we just replacing the battery to be sure. What is incredibly disappointing is that we have owned about a dozen Toyotas for close to 40 years and have never had a dealership be less customer friendly than we experienced with Landers. Plus, this was new our local dealer, whom we would have expected to use for future purchases and service our families vehicles.

This was such a great service experience! I could not be happier with the customer service provided by Chris. Five stars! I have a Lexus and there isn't a Lexus dealership where we live so Landers Toyota services my Lexus and helps in emergency situations also. The outstanding customer service at Landers Toyota makes me want to buy a Toyota in the future instead of another Lexus.

Typical sleeze ball car salesman on the used car lot side. the car we drove, wanted, and had all the paper work with our bank was done and when we went to pick up the car it wasn't even the same color, year model or trim model for the car we were buying. When asked to speak to the manager all he would say is don't know what happen to the car you were buying. Landers Toyota if you don't want a bad review on your business then you should do better business. don't ask us to take a down bad review when you aren't allowing us to speak to the GM of the car lot. We also have screen shots proving the shady deal of this car dealer ship as well. Do not do business with this dealership.

Landers Toyota NWA is great.
Landers Toyota NWA is great. They are very upfront with the customer about what they are paying for and what their options are. There are no hidden fees that they drop on you at the last minute. They did have a warrenty and service add on that they offered at time of purchase, but unlike other dealerships they don’t put it on there and expect you to ask them to take it off. Trenton was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He was personable and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and made recommendations based on that. He informed us about all our options and helped us try to get something with everything we were looking for. He even looked up aftermarket options and got us quotes on how much it would cost to bundle that into the purchase. We reserved a car that had not arrived yet and he kept us well informed of the status. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy. He allowed us to figure out what we wanted to do and didn't pressure us in any direction.

I purchased this vehicles for full asking price thinking
I purchased this vehicles for full asking price thinking they would have done a full inspection on the vehicle. I purchased a 3 year warranty and gap insurance, of which I was told very clearly that any electrical issues would be covered. What they failed to mention was that id have a 500 dollar deductible for any electrical issues. As I left the parking lot within minutes my sensors that detect cars to the left and right of my vehicle popped up on the dashboard as disabled. I called Toyota to schedule an appointment to find the issue with my brand new car. We scheduled an appointment a week out and, to my surprise, the sensors that showed to be disabled suddenly started working again. I was then told an appointment to check the issue was not necessary. Fast forward a year and a half later and the same issue appears. After speaking with them I was blamed for the issue. They do not check the electrical system unless there is an immediate sign that there is an issue. That is not a full inspection. The sales rep was rude and said I should have had it fixed within the 30 days of purchase in order to have it checked for free. This is after I payed full price and was flat out lied to about the warranty and gap insurance covering any electrical issues. These people are deceptive and are just looking to make money. I will continue to spread the word and make posts on every forum possible about the deception the people at this dealership convey. I will rent a billboard as well within the next few weeks near the dealership to warn others of the mistake I made in dealing with these people. I do not like being lied to, especially when I’ve asked direct questions about the coverage and was generous to pay full price. Warning to those looking to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM LANDERS TOYOTA. Sales experience was okay. The follow up not so much. My vehicle had 2 warning lights come on before I made it home. The salesman’s response to me letting him know was “they’ll fix it”. I traded in a perfectly good car and now have to spend my one day off sitting at another dealership for my car to get fixed. I’m not thrilled.

Honestly our seller wasn’t rude or anything like that but he wasn’t really great at explaining anything to us about the car. I honestly felt like he was just trying to sell the car but I had to find out everything about the car on my own. I also had to ask another seller to ask explain why the finance part was the way it was which made more sense to us when he explained in depth why. I just wish he would have explained it much better. Would I go back to buy from this dealership yea but with a different salesman.

Jaylen was wonderful! My husband and I went in expecting to not even be able to get a car but he and his manager worked hard to help us out and we are so grateful to be in a brand new car that we love. Jaylen is a kind, respectful soul that truly listened and did everything he could to make sure we had the best deal possible. I would recommend him to anyone needing a car! After having a couple of bad experiences at another dealership, I would never go anywhere other than Landers to buy a car and wouldn’t buy one through anyone other than Jaylen!

Great experience until signed the papers and left.
Great experience until signed the papers and left. Nightmare since. The cars AC has had issues (spent over $100 for it to get charged, new cabin filter, and it still doesn't work properly). The car wasn't detailed very well when we left. They claimed they sent us the title but never received it. They want to wait longer to see if it shows up (been 3 plus weeks and still nothing). Now get to have a $25 late fee, and have to drive around with expired tags because of this mess.

I went in for a 150,000 mile check up on my car.
I went in for a 150,000 mile check up on my car. I'd told them over the phone the air bag light was on and wanted that checked too. Got there, they couldnt find me because they'd put me down for an oil change at first. Finally found me, got asked if I wanted to do an alligment. Said yes, took 2 hours for the inspection, air bag light wasnt mentioned, drive out and realized a fender clip was bad, I'm not saying they caused it but they missed it. They could only do cambor on the alignment, so all in all I paid $350 for them to tell me my windshield wiper was bent and do 25 % of an alligment while missing my fender falling off and a safety light. It gets two stars because the popcorn was good.

I was lied to multiple times about when my car was going
I was lied to multiple times about when my car was going to arrive and how it was tracked. It took over 7 weeks for the car to come in when at one point I was told it would be there the week after I bought it. My salesman was rude to me on the phone when I tried to call him for an update. I also know for a fact that my car was sitting in a port for at least a week but most likely longer with no trying to do anything about it because I was told that the manager has been calling on other peoples cars but not mine. There was also zero communication with me other than what I initiated until a complaint was made. Promises were not followed through on and I got nothing but a sorry for the long wait for all of my troubles. The only reason I didn’t give it one star was because 1 manager was nice and got things moving after I complained about how I was treated.

I honestly felt like he was just trying to sell the car but I had to find out everything about the car on my own. I also had to ask another seller to ask explain why the finance part was the way it was which made more sense to us when he explained in depth why. I just wish he would have explained it much better. Would I go back to buy from this dealership yea but with a different salesman.

I purchased this vehicles for full asking price thinking they would have done a full inspection on the vehicle. I purchased a 3 year warranty and gap insurance, of which I was told very clearly that any electrical issues would be covered. What they failed to mention was that id have a 500 dollar deductible for any electrical issues. As I left the parking lot within minutes my sensors that detect cars to the left and right of my vehicle popped up on the dashboard as disabled. I called Toyota to schedule an appointment to find the issue with my brand new car. We scheduled an appointment a week out and, to my surprise, the sensors that showed to be disabled suddenly started working again. I was then told an appointment to check the issue was not necessary. Fast forward a year and a half later and the same issue appears. After speaking with them I was blamed for the issue. They do not check the electrical system unless there is an immediate sign that there is an issue. That is not a full inspection. The sales rep was rude and said I should have had it fixed within the 30 days of purchase in order to have it checked for free. This is after I payed full price and was flat out lied to about the warranty and gap insurance covering any electrical issues. These people are deceptive and are just looking to make money. I will continue to spread the word and make posts on every forum possible about the deception the people at this dealership convey. I will rent a billboard as well within the next few weeks near the dealership to warn others of the mistake I made in dealing with these people. I do not like being lied to, especially when I’ve asked direct questions about the coverage and was generous to pay full price. Warning to those looking to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM LANDERS TOYOTA. They will lie about doing a full inspection on the vehicle. They did not check the electrical and now I must pay for their deception. I will make posts every day to help spare others.

Great experience until signed the papers and left. Nightmare since. The cars AC has had issues (spent over $100 for it to get charged, new cabin filter, and it still doesn't work properly). The car wasn't detailed very well when we left. They claimed they sent us the title but never received it. They want to wait longer to see if it shows up (been 3 plus weeks and still nothing). Now get to have a $25 late fee, and have to drive around with expired tags because of this mess.

Although I love my truck, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I payed the Ford dealership $200 for a new cabin filter and a vent cleaning as well as a detailer $120 to shampoo, scent bomb, and ozone the inside. Shouldn’t have had to do that for a truck that costs $49,000. Otherwise was happy

The purchase process was great, until they lost my cashier's check. In assisting them with their error I've so far spent about 2.5 hours on the phone and at my bank. I had to get the cashier's check cancelled, which required signature and notarization, and will have to go to Landers to have another temporary tag issued and the dates on the sale documents edited so I don't get penalized when I go get it tagged, then once the funds are returned to my account from the cancelled cashier's check, I will have to go get another check, revisit Landers and hopefully get the documents to my car at that point. That will require more time. There has been zero offer of anything to compensate me for the time I'm spending helping them resolve their error so I can get my car's documents and tag my vehicle.
