Exterior

The 2023 Sequoia has an all-new design for this new model year. It’s a pretty sizeable SUV overall. The boxy exterior is wrapped around three rows of comfortable seating, but the cabin is discussed in the interior section towards the bottom. Right now, it’s time to mention the individual stylistic choices and typical aspects the Sequoia exterior design. Each Sequoia trim level is slightly different, down to the standard wheels. The SR5 comes with 18-inch alloy wheels. Both the Limited and Platinum offer 20-inch machined-finish alloy wheels, but the Limited’s are gray-painted while the Platinum wheels are black. The TRD Pro has 18-inch TRD Pro matte-black BBS wheels and TRD wheel caps. The Capstone has 22-inch dark chrome alloy wheels. The wheels aren’t the only thing that makes each trim unique.

The TRD Pro has a more distinctive look thanks to the “TOYOTA” heritage grille and integrated LED light bar with marker lights instead of the standard Sequoia grille options (chrome mesh or black horizontal). The Toyota Sequoia generally comes with LED headlights, Daytime Running Lights, and turn signals, which frame the grille designs. Complete the look you’re going for with probably the most noticeable feature of your vehicle, the paint color.

The 2023 Sequoia exterior color options are:

  • Ice Cap
  • Wind Chill Pearl
  • Celestial Silver Metallic
  • Lunar Rock
  • Army Green
  • Solar Octane
  • Magnetic Gray Metallic
  • Midnight Black Metallic
  • Smoked Mesquite

Style can end there or you choose features that combine it with functionality. Front and rear mudguards may help in that regard as well.
