Roamin’ Around Downtown Rogers in your Toyota
People drive from miles around to visit Northwest Arkansas. Fayetteville or Eureka Springs used to get all the love, but now our very own Rogers is finally getting the attention it deserves. We’re proud to be located in such a unique spot with access to outdoor activities like the Razorback Greenway trails or public arts and entertainment spaces, including museums like The Momentary and music venues such as the Walmart AMP. We’ve also got farmers’ markets and unique dining options to explore.Â
The next time you say you’re bored or you don’t have any weekend plans, just take a drive around Rogers. Make it your mission to plan a Saturday spent in Downtown Rogers. You’ll see what you’ve been missing. While you’re out, stop by Landers Toyota NWA and test drive a new Toyota or used car, truck, SUV or van.
Drive Your 2023 Toyota Camry Around Rogers
It’s Saturday morning. Chores can wait. It’s time to load up the fam in your new ‘23 Camry and make your way down Walnut to the Rogers Local Food Market, which offers baked goods, fruits and veggies, and handmade soaps, as well as artisan crafts, including jewelry and clothing. There’s something for everyone at the market, which runs from May through October, every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Frisco Plaza inside the newly renovated Railyard Park on 1st Street. Â
Ride Through Rogers in a 2023 Toyota 4Runner
Maybe you didn’t get up in time to make it to the market. Don’t worry. You’ve still got the rest of the day to venture out. Gas up your 4Runner, load up the bikes and head to Railyard Bike Park. Don’t forget to bring the kids, too. The Railyard features different tracks designed with obstacles for all levels of riders to enjoy, even a full-scale recycled rail car riders can bike through.Â
Time to Test Drive a 2023 Toyota Tacoma
Looking for something inside? Maybe it’s a rainy day? Take your Toyota Tacoma out for a drive and visit the Rogers Historical Museum, which explores the history of Northwest Arkansas with galleries on the Natural State, Road & Rail, America’s Heartland, White River and Our Place, which addresses the specific history of Rogers. After the museum, hop on over to the Arkansas Public Theatre to see a community-produced Broadway musical or watch a movie on the big screen during one of their Victory Film Series movie nights.
It’s now Saturday night. We’ve shopped at the farmer’s market, biked at the Railyard and traveled to another place and time thanks to the history museum and the theatre. It’s been a busy day, but the hanger is real. It’s time to drive your RAV4 to City Pump, which features craft beers, food trucks and outdoor lawn games. Looking for something a bit more adventurous? Try The 120 Tapas Bar, which serves authentic Spanish tapas or small plates. Â
Getting sleepy? We’re actually not done yet. It’s time for a concert at downtown’s newest music venue Railyard Live. Most shows are free and open to the public, with reserved tables available for a small cost as well as food, beer and wine available for purchase. Ok. Now we’re done. You can drive that new Highlander home and get some rest.Â
Dance to These Country Songs in Your Truck Headlights
